EvSteve 1.0 was made during the build a box challenge when my group decided to go further with the project. We gave EvSteve wheels and the ability to sense walls and turn away from them as demonstrated in the video.

The easiest part of building the box was building the box that held the balls because there wasn’t much programming involved in building a box.

The hardest part of making the robot was programming it to turn away from the the walls because that involved a lot of programming and testing and it took awhile to get it right.

I learned a lot about how the new bricks we are working with function and how to do basic programming in the mindstorms software.

I would improve my box my making the sensing system more advanced so that it always turned away from the wall and not towards another wall sometimes.
