Lego question 1

The first question ask about four different connectors in lego mindstorms and how they are different from one another apart from their size and colour.

The difference between the all the connectors is friction. For the smaller group the grey connectors spin more easily than the black ones. With the longer pieces (the blue and beige pieces), the beige is this lengths version of the grey piece allowing more freedom of movement. The blue ones on the other hand are more for keeping things in place; they create a lot more friction than the beige pieces.
